At The Peaceful Pet Shop, my goal is to support you and your pet with kindness, clarity, and a whole pet approach. Everything we do is meant to complement your veterinarian’s care, honor your unique relationship with your pet, and create a safe, judgment free space where we work together as a team.
This agreement outlines how we partner together — you, me, your veterinarian, and any trainers involved — so that your pet receives the most thoughtful and responsible support possible.
💛 1. Scope of Services
My role is to provide holistic wellness guidance, product education, and supportive care ideas. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.
You understand that I am not a doctor, my goal is to partner with you, research, and help educate on holistic options. All medical decisions must still be made with your licensed veterinarian.
🍽️ 2. Supplement & Food Safety
Every pet responds differently to diet and supplements.
Please introduce changes gradually and discontinue anything that causes discomfort or adverse reactions.
Always consult your veterinarian before adding or removing supplements or making significant dietary changes.
📝 3. Information Accuracy
All recommendations are based on the information you share.
Please ensure that details, history, and documents are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
🧪 4. Labwork & Medical Information
I may request copies of labwork or medical information for reference only. These documents should be obtained by you directly from your licensed veterinarian. This is so I can better understand your pet’s history and help you identify the most appropriate wellness products
All medical interpretation, diagnosis, and treatment decisions must be made with your veterinarian.
Any discussion of labwork on my end is educational and supportive only, and not a substitute for veterinary medical advice.

Behavioral observations and suggestions are supportive and educational.
Sudden or severe behavior changes may indicate an underlying medical condition and should be evaluated by a veterinarian.
Training recommendations are meant to complement — not replace — the guidance of certified trainers or behavior professionals.
🛍️ 6. Product Recommendation Transparency
Any product recommendations are based on quality, safety, and holistic benefit.
I do not receive commissions for recommendations unless otherwise disclosed.

This consult is not intended for urgent or emergency care.
If your pet is in distress, please contact your veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic immediately.

I understand that this holistic consult is for educational and supportive purposes only. Recommendations provided are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. I agree to consult my licensed veterinarian before making changes to my pet’s diet, supplements, or care plan.
I have read and understand the Client Partnership & Wellness Agreement.
